Internal communication is all about fostering successful communication in an organization between individuals. 

It requires creating and distributing on behalf of management communications and campaigns, as well as fostering a dialogue with the individuals that make up the organization. 

This can mean anything from announcing a new policy or reminding individuals of an upcoming event, to undertaking an org-wide interaction or audit of culture. 

We at Brand Cocoon use internal communications as an internal tool to foster employee-employer relations. It hence becomes imperative that a representative from Brand Cocoon remains stationed at our clients' location for effective implementation of our internal communication strategies.
